Martin Roberti de Winghe has been active in the real estate sector since 2011. After several experiences in real estate agencies, he contributed to the success of a Brussels-based startup that he accompanied from the very beginning until its sale in 2022. With his experience and skills, he devotes his energy to the development of Globalty. Respect, proactivity, availability, listening and being a good family man are the key words that characterize him. He is uncompromising about the quality of service he provides to his clients. His versatility in co-ownership management, rental management, sales and rentals makes him the foundation of Globalty.

Guillaume Nyst graduated in management (KHLeuven, 2011) and executive master in Real Estate (Solvay, 2016). In love with urban buildings and Brussels, he naturally turned to the world of real estate. His dynamism, competence and pugnacity were decisive in the creation of Globalty. Thanks to his expertise in the sector for more than 10 years, his technical and managerial skills, he contributes to the direction and development strategy of the company.
